In case of a complaint for any defective or incorrect product, you must ensure that you share proper and complete evidence of receiving an incorrect or defective product such as receipts, pictures, and videos.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is processed. Once an order is processed, no cancellation request shall be entertained by us.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
- We operate a no return, no exchange, and no refund policy.
- Customized orders or orders where a discount code has been applied are not eligible for a return, refund, or chargeback.
- Our artisanal products are quite fragile and often carry ample weight. Hence a good deal of care is exercised while packing them for dispatch. We add multiple layers of material to pack each and every product individually so that chances of damage are almost negligible. However, we cannot take responsibility of damage or loss after the package has been handed over to the courier company.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will not be included in it.
Shipping
1.Domestic shipping- We deliver orders from within Pakistan using reputable courier companies such as TCS.
- We will deliver your order to the address that you provided when placing the order on our website within the timeline mentioned on the product page. This timeline is only tentative, and we shall not be liable for any delays arising out of any events outside our reasonable control.
- We only ship to UAE at the moment. The shipping charges depends on weights and are calculated on checkout.

For Local Customers:
We accept Credit Card Payments, Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery.
Cash on Delivery is available to locally based customers only. Transaction limit for cash on delivery is Rs.35,000. Any order exceeding this limit will be paid for via bank transfer or credit card.
International customers can make payment through bank transfer and credit cards.
